From 100% to dead under normal use, including playing TW, I can get about 7-8 hours.

Try turning of GPS for the apps that constantly use it even when you're not using the app. That might help your battery life.

Fully charged over night, by the end of the day I'm down to around 20-30%. If I'm really using it, like gps navigation stuff, it's more often than not on a charger.

Depends on my use. sometimes it's 10-12 hrs with excessive use and other times I can go for about 1.5 days with normal use.
I use an iPhone 4 from launch day. I haven't updated past iOS 4.3.3 as I kept hearing people had loads of battery issues.

I have a mophie. I can get through a day without it if I don't spend too much time on TW. But it sure is nice to have the extra 4-6 hours the mophie adds.

My normal use (screen unlocked & apps open) is generally 3-4 hours a day. I begin each morning with 100% battery and generally have ~25% left when I go to bed. I then generally plug it in and spend a solid 3-4 hours on turfwars before going to sleep.

Saturday nights are different. I generally charge it around midday, use it for several hours using gps for pizza delivery, and then go clubbing. Oftentimes I don't go home that night, and have ~15% when I get home midday Sunday ...

Surprisingly I can Run tw all day at work (12 hrs) and come home and still have 30% battery life, never actually died on me yet
