Why does anyone care about capo unless u only have turf in that one city capo shouldn't matter to anyone ur Gunna pay for protection anyway

It varies from player to player. Some just like them. I have used them to save me from an additional expense as I grew. Others play differently. It's considered rude to take a capo from a bigger player without asking first.

I agree on this, in most cases it just happens and nothinhg is mentioned about it. And btw, if the guy you take capo from and has +20K mobs more than you, would really care about it, i think youll know in 24 hiurs vow much he wants it back

I always PM players, regardless of mob, if I take and a capo and I'm just hopping through.

One of my friends named basketball, has all of his turf in one city and he is the capo so he doesnt pay protection

So far, whilst hopping I have only accidentally taken capo from people 2k and under.

As an experienced hopper. If I was hopping through an area of a bigger mobster I tried to stay below their turf count especially if it was a capo of quite a few weeks as some people like the idea of a year old or more capo, Or I would just say hopping through if I accidentally took the capo.
