I hope you're not saying it's okay to beat your dog, because I would return the favor to anyone I caught doing that. Also, there is a difference between growing up in fear of your parents, and growing up in fear of an ass whoopin when you know you did wrong. I got ass whoopins sometimes, and i never feared my parents, loved them then ans still do.
