Some people hide a thousand miles away. they harass you but you can't attack them.

Ya for the ones you want to kill it's a breeze but when players can just openley attack it sucks(especially if you were on belials bad side)

I don't like it, especially when the well traveled mobs have turfs out of there 999 range so it acts like they are still close to attack you but you can't strike back.

If it's gonna be the limit - then either restrict everyone to 999 no matter where they have turfs or make them attackable back to folks out of their range

there is balance for the distant turf. They get the advantage of having an extended attack range, and the price the pay for that is the risk to their turf.
IMO, in those cases, turf attacks are entitlrely justified. And I believe that was the intent and the design.

If you think you're going to come here on vacation, drop turf then attack me from out of range after you leave, you will not have healthy turf here. And you risk losing it altogether.
