  I believe there's a consortium out there that deals with objectionable players? There's a temp code that just came up with Rapechildren who has turf in San Diego.

  I suspect that anyone who would name an account like that is just looking for attention. The most punishing thing you could do to them would be to ignore them. I would report them to Feedback (repeatedly, if necessary), but not engage them: it only feeds their need for feeling like they matter. Like a 2 year old: even negative attention is better than no attention. 👶
