Creation of the universe for Reformist Bortists

First there was nothing, then there was Yawneth. Yawneth became tired, and his snores triggered an explosion of epic proportions, thereby creating what we know as the map. He realized that the map was very desolate so he created roads. Upon them he allowed man to place turf. He then saw that man was not sleeping as he wished and spent long hours squabbling over these turf he had allowed them to create. It was for this reason he spoke to the prophet Big Cat. As Big Cat spread the word of Yawneth, Yawneth created the essence of Bort. This essence was channeled through Itchy Area and then, Bort was. Bort stood for the innocence of all the lost turf of the world. All that was good and restful. Then one day, Bort was slewn in cold blood. Only after he was slewn was he recognized for what he was. The one true messiah of turf wars.

We believe that one day Bort will return, along with him all of the turf lost to the ages. Yawneth will then bless us on that day with roads in Antarctica.
