So my brand new truck...

Which I haven't even paid the first payment on just broke!! the ficking ball joint went out and the front end slammed into the ground! Gotta love my luck. Every damn time things are going great, something always has to come along a fuck my life up again.. The whole reason I got a new truck is because I was tired of fixing my old one.

Def a dodge.
Hope that it's really a new truck and that you have a warranty. If not you need to contact the dealer and look into your states lemon laws.
-
Ball joints are common. You would never get the lemon law on your side over a ball joint
-
Should covered by the warranty if not most states give you 72 hrs to return any vechical for any reason. Check your local laws. Good luck
-
Beating that new truck like a red headed step child?
-
Damn dude that sucks!!! Never had a new car but I've had new nice things and had them break before. Good luck👍
-
If he hasn't even made the first payment then lemon laws most certainly could apply. Each state is different but most cover catastrophic failure so soon after the sale.

I feel for you mate... I've just had a turbo, 3 injectors and a timing belt go on my van... £1k out of pocket and still not fixed....
-
It was just a faulty part, I know the salesman personally, just got off the phone with him and he said they'd fix it no charge tomorrow. But I want my truck now so I'm going buy the part and fix it today and they'll reimburse me. And it's a Chevy, but I'm a Chevy guy and always will be.
-
There is always a chance of faulty parts from the factory. That's what warranties are for. Any respectable dealer would give you a loaner vehicle while they fix your truck, especially in this scenario as it is so new.
