I have NO idea how I got sick, I don't know if it's a cold or a flu or allergies. But the last time I got a fever is 6 years ago. Now I have fever suddenly, I feel like my eyeballs are going to pop out of my head.😖 I was informed that starving myself a bit and drink a lot of water will. But are there other ways? I really need to get better soon now that Prom is so close. Thank you.

You can also make a grogg and sweat it out. Grogg:

1 glass milk
2 cl. stroh rhum 40% or cognac
1.5 spoon . honey
1 spoon sugar.

Mix it up, serve hot or cold. Hotmilk is best.

Didnt work for me btw, but it helped a few others. Its like an easy way to start sweating it out.

Also don't eat loads and when you want to eat eat something you really like. Cause when I had a fever I sweated in the bed all day and then ate a fruit winder and was a bit better because I was know longer throughing up my lungs also don't eat Chinese food especially beef and black bean sauce and rice makes it worse( for me it did)

Better?, best is just sweat and ride it out. Few paracetamol and after a few days you will get better. Also helps to punch some mob. Lol

shot of whiskey(or tequila lol)
squirt of lemon
teaspoon of honey
cinnamon stick
