I want to get a good treadmill, without spending too much 💵. I've never owned one. What features should I look for? How much should I expect to spend? Any suggestions on brand, model, etc.? Any help would be appreciated.

I like the ones with the Terrain options. It will change as you go from flat to incline. I don't know to much about them individually (brand/style/etc) but just look some up and see what features the have that you might like.

Take this advice. If after a year or so, you find you do use it regularly then maybe spend the $2k or so to buy a new one.

I really don't want a clothes horse. I'm concerned that if I don't get a good one, I won't use it.
Craigslist sounds like a good way to go.
Which brands I should look for? Which ones should I avoid?
I'm not a small guy. Do I need a heavy duty?

Sometimes free!!! There's always a fat slob willing to give away exercise equipment on there so they don't have to carry it.

I had one in the basement that I personally don't use, but some of my family does. I much prefer going for a run outside.

Running outside is harder but better. Look at a cross trainer for when you want to exercise but save your knees a bit.

Who was the guy who was running a mile a day? They said at the start of the year that's what they'd do😓
