I'm wondering about different approaches to cap turf. Take it and don't think twice, ask first, or other ways...what do people do?

I pick and choose turfs based on if they help me spread out or reach new areas since I'm over my limit by a bunch. I don't try to wipe folks out unless they fuck with me. But do I apologize or leave comments? Not really, people should know if they within influence of a larger mob and build near them they prob gonna lose some property
