This is pretty simple, and you can adjust the amounts of the ingredients any way you want if your making a large or small meal.
1/2 pound grilled chicken cut into bite size pieces (garlic optional)
1/2 pound pasta - any type of pasta will do but I use something on the thinner side so it cooks faster.
Steamed broccoli
Parmesan cheese and milkThis may sound weird, I don't know a lot of people that do this, you want to cook your pasta in the milk. The milk gives a good flavor to the pasta, and the starches from the pasta thicken the milk to make a nice cream sauce. Don't boil it too high, keep the temp at medium(this is where the thinner pasta helps- cooks faster)
Once the pasta is cooked, add the chicken pieces and the broccoli, you can also add the Parmesan cheese to the entire pasta, or just add some on top.

Cooks, I beckon for your help! I'm making omelettes tomorrow, and I have never gotten them right. Tips is what I ask, also I have no meat for the omelettes.

Taco Salad:
Ingredients:
(Taco Ingredients)
I use:
Sour Cream
Beans (Refried or Pinto)
Lettuce
Cheese
Beef.
Steps:
1)Crumble taco shell on plate.
2) Put ONLY Beef, beans, and cheese on the crumbled taco shell(Beans and beef cooked, of course)
3)Microwave(To melt the cheese)
4)Take out of microwave
5)Put on lettuce,sour cream, and other ingredients.
FAQ:
Q:Why did I not put everything on the crumbled taco on step 2?
A:Because the lettuce, and other plant ingredients, or semi-liquids would get all moist and slimy, and I like the crunch of lettuce! -

Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo
1 pound fettuccine pasta
1 pound pre cooked deveined shrimp
Small bag frozen broccoli florets
Garlic
Onions
Heavy whipping cream
Parmigiano Reggiano cheeseCook pasta according to directions on box. Sauté garlic and onions then add whipping cream. Once the cream
mixture is heated add shrimp. Since the shrimp is pre cooked all you have to do is warm them, cooking too long will make them tough or rubbery. Add freshly grated cheese to the cream sauce to thicken. Heat frozen broccoli in microwave. The pasta should be finished at this point, drain, return to pot, add cream sauce and broccoli. Plate food, add more freshly grated cheese on top of pasta.Chicken can easily be substituted for the shrimp in this recipe.
