Also some might say that the diplomatic way is the best way. IMO it may or may not work. He may tear it down or rename em but in my experience racist people tend to overuse the 1st amendment excuse and are very stubborn. Only for sure way is to report him

You have the right to cap it.
Then, you have the right to rename YOUR turf anything you want.
