Action Menu – Add actions to your clipboard. I mainly use it for the history and favorites in clipboard.
Activator – Centralized gestures. Start aps, close aps, lock phone and more without ever having to touch any of the physical buttons. You control everything by swiping differently on the screen.
Barrel – cool transitions when switching icon pages
CyDelete – Delete your Cydia aps just like all your regular aps.
iStrings – Change “slide to unlock” text string or any other text string on your phone
Remove background – close all background aps (I use this through the Activator ap)
SBSettings – Move your toggles directly into Springboard, so all your toggles (like wifi, Bluetooth, brightness, etc) are instantly available.
Springtomize – Customize your Springboard.
Winterboard – Custom themes.
5-Row Keyboard – must have for code punchers if you don’t have a blutooth keyboard. Always keeps your numbers keys available

Damn I need to jailbreak my phone lol. I've always been a bit hesitant to do it.

It's not that hard. I've had a 3G jailbroke and now my 4 is jailbroke. Wouldn't have it any other way. You should at least try it.

Yes there is a way to go back to an older OS, but I've never been able to get it to work. Just google it.

Can't find a five row to work with ios 5?

5 row 1.0.3 working for me. After follwing the instructions make sure to open your keyboard in an app and click the globe icon at the bottom left. Took me a bit to figure that part out.

I wouldn't do Winterboard. It will help make that I device battery die out faster. It hogs a lot of resources.
