You cannot kill yourself..
The reason why you can't kill your self is because once your out of breath you go unconches (I missed spell it I think but w.e) you start breathing again

no true but it's nice thinking when people drown themselves they will have run out of breath which gives the water 2 possible enterances to the lungs, nose or mouth and when it enters it will not go Down into the lungs but it will fill up before where the flap is that let's air in and out so it blocks air from entering
