Any Big game hunters out there?

I hunt a bit of almost everything here in Texas, White-Tail, Mountain lion, etc where do hunt and what's your weapon o' choice? Mines either a .243 Remmington model 700. Or a 30-06.

I shoot a Remington 700bdl, nice wood stock, in .270. Had this rifle for 35 years, must have shot 200 deer (and one moose) with it. It's like an extension of my arm by now.

I've hunted a lot in the states usually use a 25-06. Next summer I'm going to Africa on a hunting trip but I'm going to have to get a bigger gun

Well I hunt white tail rabbit and squirrel. My weapon of choice is a semi auto 20 Gage.

I hunt whitetail. Usually with a Rugar M-77 .270. Grouse and pheasant with a 12 or 20 gauge. Turkey with a 12 gauge. Squirrel and rabbit with .22 or 20 gauge depending on foliage or when with my son one of carries a rifle the other a shotgun.

If you don't like guns there is always archery. I have taken deer and turkey that way as well.

I use a .223 AR with a magnified red dot sight for white tail and a Mossburg super saber for turkey

I hunt huge 300 hundred pound + hogs on my farm. The meat is shit cause the hogs are so big but I have to kill them because they hurt our land. And I use my 243 savage and I sling my Russian SKS when I go hunting

12 gauge and a Walter. Not ideal but, after live saving, it would be terrible to just put them in storage
