Anyone here from WV ever heard of the Hatfield-McCoy feud? My grandmother was a Hatfield and I can remember her and my great grandmother sitting around telling stories about the feud. Don't know why but it popped into my head today and I have been thinking about it a lot.

Hah that's funny. I used to teacher aide for a special needs class and one of the teachers was a real McCoy.

I think it was about a fued with the mcCoys and someother family. There was a lot of slaughter those week. It involved guns and tourture.

I have. It has become very famous and there is going to be a movie on History chanel about it.
