it's actually just a google map glitch. Certain areas come up as undetermined but still register the state so the geocoder assigns you the title for the state.

it's sort of a glitch in the google gps where u put a turf down and google can't recognize the location.

Ah gotcha. Nick should make state/county capos. Those that hold the most area in that area get the title.
