So I was looking at a leather case for stuff. I see a tag and out of boredom read it.

It says, "Genuine leather, Made in India"

I'm not explaining it though. Figure out the irony.

True. Cows are held sacred. Not worshipped. Kind of like the muslim's Dome of The Rock, or the Israelite's Temple, which existed where the Dome of the Rock now stands.
Both were/are sacred, neither are/were worshipped.

Yes a bit of irony there, although leather can be made from a variety of animals including; lamb, deer, elk, pigs, buffalo, goats, alligators, dogs, snakes, ostriches, kangaroos, oxen, and yaks.

It's really inappropriate to make comments as such. Be a little more sincere to other cultures. Categorizing people like that is unfair. India has plenty of great things to offer this world.

Before I get mad, realize this. I was just saying it is ironic that the main religion in India, Hinduism, most sacred animal has it's animal being killed and the skin is being shipped international for products.
Also, I never said anything degrading towards India. It is a wonderfully rich country. Culture, religion, history, and people.
