Make sure you wear a well fitting bra. Also there is no shame in wearing support underwear/shapewear, skin tight dresses magnify every lump and bump

I had a friend that was a size 16 but was convinced she was a size 10-12 so she would squeeze into dresses and skirts, it was an unfortunate sight!
