Your mob is a little low by Mystery's rule of thumb.

100 mob / level.

But good going for so new in the game just slow down on the leveling up.

Stop leveling up and mob up. See guide for mob to level above.
Equip mob members each with Kevlar, meat cleaver and Galesi. Add grenade when you have a bit of extra cash.
