I simply used the patch after smoking for 14 years I quit. I still crave cigarettes, I just get over it quickly. I quit in April. I smoked a pack a day. But negrita is right, it takes willpower. If I were u i'd try chantrix, not because I know from self experience but because I hear it comes along with 100k influence 😜

Just think about this, f you ever want to buy a pack of cigs, then just buy respect points. Just think, every time you smoke, you waste money. Let money be your motivation. Just think of he much you could save, or hoe many respect points you could have.

I have never smoked so I don't know is this works, but give it a try.
