I found a group of turf all with loot on them owned by one player. I'm in position to take it all but was wondering if I should, are they any unspoken rules for loot "stealing"?
Also I badly need this loot, I haven't got any new upgrades in over 2 weeks+.

Depends if you want to be a jerk or not. I normally take 2 from each player. Maybe 3-4 if they are well established. I've been in similar positions and figured out that the player was inactive. I capped 2 and a week later he never responded so I took the other three upgraded properties that he had in a cluster.

He opted for Tommie's over .338's so hes an aggressive type. Show him why defense is usefull ;)
