Not sure if this is just me, but over the past week and a half I've sent like 3 or 4 things to feedback. Usually I get a message back from them within a couple hours. But I haven't gotten anything back in over a week. Anyone else not getting anything back from feedback?

I got a response to a complaint re a troller. Took about a day or 2. No it wasn't you GTR. Never had an issue with you personally.

They usually get back to me within a day or so 👍

Thats how it used to be. Respond within a few hours, a day max. I haven't heard anything back in over a week an a half about the things I've sent in. One was as simple as asking them the date I started playing because I was curious and couldn't remember.

They haven't told me the date I began playing, and I asked them three times over the course of several days to a week.

When I told them I was reset, it took nearly a week to respond. When I asked how to log out of my account, they never responded.

You need to get Ur udid number and send it to them

Fastest response I've received from them was 4 hours. The longest was 2 weeks.

They don't seem to be very helpful to me. Every time I've asked or complianed about something, they send me out some sort of standard reply that doesn't help or relate to what I've said.
