Has anyone ever taken a pole dancing class.. I hear it is a strenuous work out... They are offering it at the gym i go to, my friends want me to try it.. But im a little nervous..

That shits hard lol. I haven't went to a class but I had a stripper try and show me a few things... Made me have mad respect for those ladies who rule the pole lol.

I like your motto.. I was mire concerned about the physical side if it.. Im in good shape and flexible.. But i saw the class and damn...

The adrenaline the dancers get when doing it live, that would keep them doing

And the drug filled motivation...jk but I've seen some crazy ones and some pretty cool ones. When I was younger I enjoyed donating to their college fund, they should be a doctor by now. But waste of money now. Plus my current girl has this nice stripper dance and ends it with what the military who have been overseas would call a soapee(may be spelling it wrong) there is another word for it I'll look it up. But to OP I think you'll enjoy it I've met other girls that took that class never heard any regrets.
