  I'd buy a hot air balloon, with a specially designed basket, so I can hire someone to fly it from the upper level, and me and my lovely can enjoy the lower level😝
  The 1/5 goes to invest in gold stock.
  Everything else will be used to buy my land, and build my castle in Colorado. Whatever's left after that, goes to te bank to live on.
