Can someone explain how to motivate people to punch codes from your list?

+1 only newbies punch lists. Most experienced players don't as the majority of lists are old and they already have the majority in their mob. No one punches 30 codes to find the 1 they don't have.

I punched about 1500 on the final day of the 20k race and there was probaby only about 1 in 30 who were not in my mob already! 😔
