I was think I bet more than a few turf wars players out there have more than one account. So I ask you what makes a second account a "mule" account?

The mule is when 1 person makes 2 accounts 1 is the main the other is the mule. The main account taxes or caps the mule account to get more turf or mony.

How can you prove though that the two accounts are from the same person and not just a bully capping the person out?

sometimes thay make themselves known by using the mule account to name turf of the mane accounts code

Second accounts are not Mules
It's the whole Rectangle and Squares thing.
A second account that is used to obtain an advantage over other players, such as V's, major influence boost through capping is considerd a mule.

Look up EasyPhil or look in Valpraiso Indiana. Bp and bp is a mule. EasyPhil's mule is bad Bart

Yeah so people didn't think my sons' account was a mule I told him to build close to me but not too close to where he would get taxed by me.

Or taxing the 2nd account, like rojo said. A second account is only acceptable (to the community, regardless of rules) if it has no interaction with the 1st account.
