I don't know how to describe what it is, but it's the way people made their turfs in a city. For no reason at all, I made types.

Scattered Layout - when the turf is all throughout the city in random clumps. Ex: houston

Dense Layout - when the turf is all in one main big clump. Ex: brenham and San Antonio airport.

Freeforall Layout - when there is barely any turf at all and it is scattered scarcely throughout the city. Ex: la grange.

Buchanan is a 'Scattered-Dense' town, I suppose.

I prefer the scattered layout. They make good hunting grounds. The dense layout is so thick you can't sift through the turf.
