Or he might have bought don points and used then to increase his turf limit. Look into things more before ASSuming they have a mule.

After looking through his turf it appears he made almost all of them. No mule.

Mule has nothing to do with foreclosure. You aren't making any sense.
Mule is an added bonus to take out. EVEN IF he bought the turf, it's more than 3x his mob, so OTB can safely send his agents to forclose him.

Accusing someone of cheating/muling with no evidence at all is against TOS I am gonna have to send this to feedback. (this is my warrant strategy against lvl 14s)

If he made all the turf himself I don't see the necessity to foreclose him. He spent money on turf limit instead of capping it all. Give the guy a break. If I had all my turf up right now I'd qualify for forclosure too. And mine is all increased limit with dp. The whole I B Con U thing has been taken overboard a bit IMO. If it applies to people that capped a ton of turf from little guys, then fine get em.

It doesn't matter. It is meant to encourage mobbing up.
True. That's just my opinion. But I've noticed they started veering more towards excessive cappers too. But as stated before. If you don't have the means to protect all that turf, you'll lose some of it.
