How can somebody build turf in middle of my turf

I have a spot where three or four properties overlap and sombody with bigger mob builds right in the center where they overlap. What up with that? How are new mobs suposed to survive? I am starting to regret the time and money i have invested into this game. As kwl as most of it is.

It's quite common. If they are taxing you, try sending them a message asking them if they would mind moving it. If this fails then tear dow your turf and plant it somewhere else. 👍
