  Um, yes it does. I do it myself. It's only possible on a couple of maps, but it's still possible.

  I snipe occasionally. On 2 maps, really. The rest of the time I run with an M16 or PP90M1.

  One shot kills arent cheap, but a 'god gun' is.

  It's best when you have longer sight lines as it is more accurate then the automatic weapons. So just let your teammates run in front of you. Stick to the back of the pack or camp and pick people off. If it's silenced you need headshots. If it's not silenced and you are using, (forgot the name) the perk that makes bullets do more damage, then it becomes a 1 shot gun to the chest.

  Most times it takes 2-3 rounds to kill. So yes rapid fire is an option for it reduces the hit radius.
