Get used to having little chubs, kiddo.

Great plan! I recently bought insanity off Craigslist and it was awesome. Got me in great shape for lacrosse season. That would be too extreme for a 12 year old though (no offense) But good luck with this and don't give up!

Check out the 100 push up plan. It's free

Just do more activity. Play sports, walk the dog, etc for a 12yr old there is no need for a set plan in my opinion. But good luck anyway mate!!!! 💪💪💪🏃🏃🏃🏃💪💪💪

Give it a year, and you will be working your left hand and forgetting about your 'abs'

Keep up with a mild workout, and your late 20's will be a lot easier. Playing catch up always sucks.
-
Good to get into good habits early. Keep with it.

Nice job man! If you can, try to pick up a set of dumbbells. You can work anything with them. Good luck!

Great! Good to see you started in what could be a lifetime of fitness.
What is your diet like? If you are trying to slim down and get lean and mean, remember this - "You can't out-train a poor diet"
What are you eating each day? You need to be at a caloric deficit to lose weight, plain and simple. And the food choices you make will either help or hinder your process of building muscle.
Spill your diet here - breakfast lunch dinner snacks etc.. give us an example and we'll go from there.

Good luck!!!
I workout too I use the shake weight and the abb rocket and I'm seeing results so far -
Try rowing, I find that it helps alot, it pushes you to both your mental and physical limits, but in order to be able to go fast, you'll need good technique. I row five to six days a week for about three hours every day. It's a killer leg, core, and arm workout. I'd recommend it to any one that willing to spend time practicing good form and learning to apply power to the boat. Just my two cents worth

Oh and buy a pullup bar and just start doing as many as you can per set until you can reach 100👍👍👍

Planks aren't as easy as you think... I couldn't do 10 1 minute planks, and I have pretty strong abs. Start lighter and work up. Also, like Havoc said, you need a diet. And just doing strengthening exercises aren't going to help you slim down. You need to do cardio like running or bike riding.

Just do activities. Join a team. Have fun doing it. For you age kick ball and be a great activity, also a good way to hang out with friends.

Ok, You defined your goal as wanting to lose chub. That's going to start with good nutrition. Working out will speed that along some, and give you some 'beef" to show when you slim down, but you'll need to tighten up the diet to lose the chub. There's an old saying... 6-pack abs are made in the gym but SEEN in the kitchen..
Let me know if you are interested and I'll PM you the "how-to".
