Not sure of the quantity as I lost count but spent about 3.5 hours in my longest non stop punch. Though I punched another several hundred the same day.

I do around 20 of each temp and reg at a sitting it's not much I know I don't have the time to punching in 100s and if I do more hands start to ack holding my phone

Hey as long as you keep the routine you will continue to grow. To often people get distracted with forums, or wars or capping and don't get back to punching codes. I had my 1st reasonable session for 2weeks (200codes per session) as distracted with the forums, and a little high on pain meds (lol)

I try to do an hour every second day. So that's 600ish codes. In one sitting I did 1200 codes in about 2 1/2 hours.

I dont punch much. My girlfriend punched like 2000 codes when I started..... Never since!
