....I thought being capo of a bunch of places was the most important thing to do. 😔

Who says it isn't?
Being capo has certain (though small) advantages.
Besides, there isn't exactly any point to turfwars besides doing what you feel like doing.

I spent a whole bunch of money hopping around my state leaving turf to take capo of a bunch of places, and I was making a fraction of what I make now. So though I'm happy to be capo of my starting town, I don't think it's as important as when I started.

I got rid of my capos. Granted
I only had 4 more than I do now when I realized this. But it's not that beneficial. I don't have capo of my starting town either. Much less that many original turf due to battles.

Yeah, I imagine once I've been playing as long as you I'll probably be quite a bit more spread out, but for now I'm just chillin in my town, only had 2 battles with people, one the entire city worked together to drive a tax crazy guy weaker than myself out, and the other was somebody way smaller than I who kept attacking me and my turf even though he lost every time. Nothing too exciting lol

So you've never worried about losing everything? That's happened to me before. Well the worry more than anything but Antonio coleon use to be a predominant a$$ in my area capping everyone a lot completely out. I helped turn the tide.

Not really, I'm generally a peaceful helpful player after the old capo who has about 10k and I became friends, then another player came in who is higher than me but also have allied with, both gave me advice about the game, and I've been better off since.

And luckily out nearest airport is Chicago which is quite a distance away.

Yeah I like that being capo is a goal, but like I said I hopped around taking capo everywhere around me, but it wasn't worth it since half the places didn't even any other players. It's a dead zone for miles around my city. 💀

I only have mine by default all 2 of them. Not a fan of them. Draws attention to ones self. I mean cool if you are 20-30k strong but besides that it paints a bullseye on ya. Plus you get all the whiners complaining to you for help.

Agreed, I'm only 2.7k strong lol lucky for me the 2 strongest in my city keep the third off my back and at 2.7 I'm the 4th strongest and capo

Oh yeah for my first 2 weeks starting day one, that guy the city joined together for gave me one hell of a rough time. I reset out of anger. Then a more experienced player told me about mobbing up. So I did, got bigger than him in no time.
