Your states don't count they're the two smallest ones in the country. Being capo of Massachusetts and Rhode Island is like being capo of a L.A., Houston, Chicago, or New York size city.

Learn some geography - MA and RI aren't the smallest states in the Union and MA alone is the 13th most populace state in the country.

I guess I'm the first with two states capo tho!
