Does anyone know a very good, cheap video editing program? One with many sound effects, muzzle flashes, blood splatter effects, good quality slow motion, and stuff like that.

Muzzle flashes and blood splatters have to be bought or downloaded, and good quality slow motion can't be cheap. iMovie has slow motion, but good quality slow motion needs a slow motion camera with a great framerate, then also using final cut or after effects for editing, color correction, and slow motion

In my world (video) good and cheap rarely are found together. And unfortunately, a "cheap" camera is $4000+.
As clone said, slow motion need high frame rate. You can cheat it to some extent.
As far as muzzle flashes and blood splatter, that's a whole other thing, video compositing, beyond simple editing. Software like After Effects is where you do this work.

👍👍👍..... Fuck fake muzzle flash and blood.. Pm me for CHEAP fx tricks that look as real as real gets. Real guns with blanks aren't so easy to work with. So ignore my muzzle flash comment. But as far as gore goes, hit me up.
