A nearby college had one of their mascots wear one. The person didn't wear anything over it or under it....

And he had a boner the entire time 😖

Popular in music festivals and increasingly on stag doo's.
How they are used changes whether they are weird or cool.
If the wearer beleives that the simple donning of the garment makes them über cool and allows them to act like a prick with no consequences. Weird...
I did see a guy in a brown one, he had added cartoon style eyes and mouth to recreate morph himself!
Also had a friend in a lighter colour also with the cartoon features as chad.
Now that was cool
