American brewing
French press
And ecspresso.

What are some new interesting ways you make coffee?

I just had to do a course on costa coffee.

Apparently there is a type of coffee in Asia that costs more than it's weight in gold. The key to this coffee is that it must be eaten by a particular native animal and then collected from it's excrent...

I don't care in perticular about types of coffee (I've had the awesome cat shit one) when my Asian friend came to the states, but I'm talking about different ways to prep it.

Ive worked in three different coffee shops. Feel free to ask me anything about breeding coffee and what a cappuccino actually is. Don't ask me shit about the different regions of where the beans are from, I don't care about that crap and I've basically refused to learn.

Before work out, I grind the beans to a very coarse consistency, about 6 tablespoons worth, and pour the grinds directly into my mouth with no water, and chew. I find this enrages me to an anger level that allows full aggression mode that can be leveraged against the iron.

Use to work at a coffe place.. We called it cat shit coffee

I buy green beans and roast them myself. It doesn't matter how you brew or what beans you buy if it's not freshly roasted. Roasting at home is half the price for MUCH better tasting coffee. La Minita Terrazo from Costa Rica is my favorite. I use a French press to brew.
