It's pretty much an anything goes free for all.

I'm not sure how well it would go over asking someone to back off since your new, but I leave the new guys alone. I know others here do also.

But it is only one day, so might be best just man-up and take it.

And attack back, even if you lose. You'll get far, FAR more respect.
