But Police officials don't have power. You have zero power and not trying to offend anyone but when u take your uniform off, you have zero power. Our police system is corrupt in many cases and there are many cops who don't do their jobs right. I mainly have this opinion because I have had my fair share of bad encounters with police officers, and dot get me wrong many of you are good people and my uncle is a cop but there needs to be a serious look into police officers, my opinion and if you do not agree with me, then don't bat me down.

If u assault an off duty officer in Texas, u still get charged with assaulting a peace office. A 2nd degree felony. That's power IMO.

Never had any serious run ins with cops. Even had a few come to me with attitudes and I just behave courteously and cooperatively. And after the questioning is over I usually thank them. Haven't ha trouble yet.

I've had plenty of run-ins with cops that were complete assholes. There were a few that were nice, though. Any time you have people in a position of authority, you will have people abusing that authority. Just depends on the individual.
