Don point question

Yes I know this is the wrong forum, but it takes forever to get answers on help forums. Now, can I buy don points with an iTunes card? I usually use a CC but nick made me max that one out. Got slick and bought the card so my wife wouldn't figure it out too soon. Loaded the card and logged in. Bought points. Still have the same balance in iTunes store. Any explanations?

Restart the iPod and it'll change.

The actual answer probably is- you need to change your billing info in your account settings.

Guessing to change the billing u have to be on a comp. I can't add another payment type on my phone. Seems like u should have the option to use ur iTunes credit balance before a CC.

You can do it from your device. Go to iTunes and scroll all the way down to your apple id. Select that and it will go into account info. Billing info is changeable from there.

On your iPhone/iPod go into iTunes scroll down to the bottom off page and click on redeem, and enter your code

I looked there, but I think I can only have 1 payment option at a time. Can u have 2?

On your iPhone/iPod go into iTunes scroll down to the bottom off page and click on redeem, and enter your code

I already redeemed the card. The balance is in iTunes now. But when I bought don points it didn't use the card, it used my CC again.

You just have to replace one card with another. You can go and change it back later.
