Why don't you reach out to some local people by his turfs, inform them of the situation, and direct them to this forum...
I'm sure someone local has no problem handling this, look at his turfs and see who is around, just make sure their influence isn't that high, because of the inf. to Capp limitations -

I'm pretty sure it will become boring doing what he's doing when nobody cares. It's not like he's going to get anywhere, or become a serious problem. He will just get bored, then play the game like everyone else. And then............... -

Destroy ALL of his turfs when he builds new turfs make a new vendetta. He needs to keep a turf for 24 hours to cap. Eventually he will run out of money or get bored and reset if he resets don't accept his invite.

He posts big talk but the hours are slipping by him. He has capped nothing. He is going nowhere. His propaganda campaign will not deter us from resetting him. Keep him leveled and we will keep capping him....

This is sad. I could cap him out since I'm twelve mesely miles from 3 of his turf.
Laugh all you want, but you will go negative soon. Plus, with all this negative attention, any turf you place will be gone within a week.
