I think I know why though. I don't really like spreading out so.I like the income results it gives me 54 k a turf is good so I choose to keep them bunched. Not a good idea but it's working so hey whatever.

Alternate solution: fly to puerto rico, irl. Take a smaller plane to one of the small islands nearby. Sometimes a single turf wins you a capo
