It's snowing! While in the Midwest and on the eastcoast, they are having record high temperatures. Here on the west coast it is a completely different story. It's about 31 Fahrenheit and snowing fairly heavily. In Portland it will be one of the latest snow storms ever. So far about 1 inch has accumulated and there is the possibility for more.

Up at timberline on mt hood, they have gotten upwards of three feet of new snow in the last 24 hours.

Yeah, me too. Timberline has a 198 inch base and meadows has almost the same.
All the weather people predicted a la niña year and a lot of snow this winter but it never really happened until march when now we've gotten 3 days of snow. This is just about the craziest start to spring I've ever seen.
