I was thinking of getting the first iPhone but I have a few questions
1. How much is it
2. Can you use it if you don't use tge phone part.
3. Is it true you get wifi everywhere?

god no. And you can't even get the unlimited data plan anymore...

1- depends on which model
2- If you jailbreak it, it can basically be like an iPod touch
3- No.

1. You have to pay for a normal calling plan plus an extra data plan plus texting if you want it. It can get expensive.
2. Of course, there's even an airplane mode where it shuts off the communication center to save battery life or disable interference.
3. You don't get wifi everywhere. But you do get 3G/edge, which is cellular data network. It won't be as fast or always as reliable as wifi but it's wherever yo have service.
