Serial killer in France?

Has anyone heard about it? This guy has killed 3 French troops and 4 other people at a all Jewish school.
It started a few days ago. The country is at high alert. I'm in Paris right now and I see Troops with rifles at Dismeyland and other places. There is a lot of police officers too.

The guy is using a Colt and an UZI. And they think it was some guy who was kicked out of the French Marines (or whatever they call it there) and he wants revange.

He is surrounded by police at his flat as we speak.

Whenever I hear this story, I imagine the silly detective from pink panther is trying to catch the killer, because he stole the Pink Panther Diamond...

Didn't they say this morning they had him cornerd in a building, and were attempting negotiations?
Either that or it's a different person that's killed 3 Jewish kids, a rabbi, and 3 paratroopers

So thy can interrogate him and maybe get some info on him. He also has ties to al-qaida or how ever ou spell it.

The guy is claiming to be a member of al Qaeda. He is Algerian I think really can't be bothered going to check and has served time in afghan jail for planting bombs. He has spent time in Pakistan apparently being trainer by al Qaeda and the french army brought him back to France on escape from afghan jail. I am fairly sure he has been given citizenship and the lack of checks carried out on him before letting him live in France should be a real eye opener for all major European countries it is truly a disgrace.
The explosions reported were used as an intimidation method to try and get him to surrender from the siege.

I'm confused so this serial killer is he just targetting breakfast type meals like coco pops or should porridge be concerned also ????
