That's odd. I normally have crazy dreams & have done all kinds of weird (& normal) things in my dreams, but I don't recall ever looking into a mirror. (I typically remember my dreams too.)

I have really bad nightmares that seem real. The sleep dr just said all it is, is hynogogic hallucinations. But the dreams seem real. Everything seems like its really happening.

I haven't had a dream that I can remember in a long time how do make sure that I have a memorable dream?

Lucidic dreaming is the answer, you need to KNOW that you are dreaming, or you will NOT remember 99.5% of the time.

But after that, as I gained better control, I learned how to turn the bad into the good ;)
