How to enter the dream world - By DZ
In this quick tutorial, I will be showing YOU how to enter the dream world and become a Lucid Dreamer.First question, What is Lucid Dreaming? - Lucid dreaming is basically tricking your mind into a parallel universe. (The Dream World) It's effects occur on it's arrival, as in you wake up in your dream, live, breath, and eat in your dream.
Second question, What does a Lucid dream actually do? - Lucid dreams are where you wake up like you would normally do, yet you're actually waking in your dream. Giving you the opuritinity to control your dreams, as followed, Flying, Teleportation, Levititation, Summoning, what ever your heart actually desires.

If you have anymore questions, comments, concerns, please post below.
How to enter the dream world
First:- Reality Checks. Reality checks is where you actually check to see if you're dreaming, do this on a regular basis. As it will allow you to realize wether or not you're in the dream world, or the real world.
-
Second:- Binaraul beats + Head Phones. A Binaural beat is basically a sound wave that produces bursts of energy onto another, causing your brain to focus on whatever you really want to think about. (this increases your chances of entering a dream) You can find a good binaraul beat at this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66tq9xji0xA .
-
Third:- Not being afraid. One of the most common problems people often screw up in there dream is having a fear while they are going Lucid.Do NOT be afraid ladies and gentlemen, as this is COMPLETELY normal. The tingling feelings and jerks you feel from your body as you're listening to the Binaraul beat. (The jerks and tingles are actually the beginning of the Lucid dream. Just relax and let your body take it's course.
Sleep Paralysis
The common phobia of people not being able to enter the dream world is the fear of waking up being paralized, which is sleep paralysis. This is not an un-common feeling, as atleast 1/2 of people in the world have it. It is an unpleasent feeling, but it eventually goes away after time. -
Wahoo I'm gonna have some dream fun
-
How to cure Sleep paralysis
First, try swalloing, or moving your big toe or index finger repeatedly. This 99.5% ends it instantly.
If you are seeing demonic symbols or creatures Try the following
- If you are christian, think as hard as you can in your mind thinking of Jesus repelling the demon away. Simply by repeating the powerful words "The power of Christ repells you!" This may sound silly but often works.
DO NOT TRY THIS IF YOU'RE NOT A CHRISTIAN, I'm sorry if I've offended anyone of their religous beliefs. That is not what I intended this to be.The things you are able to do in the dream world is amazing, as much as the following:
- Flying
- Teleportation
- Time-Travel
- Levetation
- Summoning
- And Much MUCH more. Thanks for reading,

I've tried it. I was dreaming of going to a field trip with my class, to some lake. Soon I noticed that I was dreaming. I told myself "Wait a second! It's the weekend!" After that they all started running away from me in panic, so I summoned a earthquake to kill them off. Then I summoned hot chicks, and it was a GREAT night, until I woke up. Sadly I have no memory of it :p

Nice tutorial DZ, this stuff works. Even the Jesus repelling thing

Lucid dreaming is pretty awesome. I did the 'reality check' for about a week and had a lucid dream. I grew wings and started flying. 👼
I have never had sleep paralysis before, and this is the first time I've heard of it. I've slept on my arm and couldn't move it when I woke up...but that's all.

I'm going to add in don't look in mirrors unless you're confident you want to see the daemons inside of you (A bit soul exploring if you ask me) and that often times you won't remember you dream. You can solve this by keeping a dream journal. A small book you write all you remember from your dreams in. Lucid dreaming is an amazing experience. Honestly, very exciting to randomly fly. OH, and White noise soundtracks on iTunes works too, bought a 5.99 album of 32 melodies and found myself quickly in a trance type state of mind. A word of advice though- In lucid dreams you feel pain, as well as pleasure and other such feelings, in the dream of course. Keep that in mind~

Btw 😁, you need to get off heroine and crack. Go to the beach, it helps. Maybe weed would help, idk.

Any suggestions for a reality check, the only things I can think of to test my state of reality would be to try breaking something I couldn't normally break, but I might piss myself off it I have to punch something in real life several times a week

What would happen if I committed suicide in a lucid dream?

Look for clocks, and always have a watch to check the time on. Make sure your watch is synced with the clocks as soon as you can. Then for a reality check look at your watch and then a clock. Ask yourself 'am I dreaming?' at random times during the day. Or something similar. Eventually it will be in your subconscious and you will ask yourself in the dream, and then you will be aware you are dreaming. I'll be adding a new guide How to avoid a nightmare.
-
This is some "Inception" stuff .. I have had some weird dreams before.
-
When I was real young I unintentionally was taught to lucid dream. My mother told me to practice saying "This only a dream." whenever I had a bad dream because i had frequently bad nightmares. It eventually worked into my dreams where I could recognize instantly that I was dreaming and if something scared me I said the line once or at most 3 times before I woke up. I had such great control over doing this for years that I could lucid dream command without trying(usually every night). Stupid of me though that it never had the idea of using the gift to have fun. Now that I can barely even relalize I dreamed at all since I stopped using it after I got a little older and had no bad dreams. If you could help tell me some tips on checking if I'm awake then maybe I can recover my natural talent lol.
