Tottenham's sixth round FA Cup tie with Bolton has been stopped after 42 minutes following a serious injury to Bolton midfielder Fabrice Muamba.
With the tie approaching half-time, the England Under 21 international appeared to collapse at White Hart Lane with medics from both teams attempting to resuscitate the 23-year-old.
Former Tottenham boss David Pleat said on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra: 'The player just went down - no-one was near him. Straight away the other players knew there was something seriously wrong. -

Respect to the medics and hospital team, thought he was a gonna!

Love Barca....so its weird to give praise to Mou...but Mou probably indirectly saved muamba's life. Back when Cech got kicked in the head, Mou was furious at how long it took to get him to the hospital. Because of him and Chelsea FC, ambulances for players became mandatory. If that ambulance wasn't there, Muamba would likely have died (whether it was a fibrilation or a MI, both would have killed him without immediate attention)
