There's already over 50 players against him... Including me and a few alliances.
He's gone down to the point of capping everything he can reach. Hard to fight those battles... Every time we cap so many he caps more little guys.

That's silly. If you live there you may get capped out but you will always be able to come back. Stop planting turfs for him to cap for the moment.

You should be fine without losing the upkeep weapons, just replant at further destinations
